The Canadian Living Rush Hour Cookbook ReviewMargaret Fraser writes wonderful cookbooks and The Canadian Living Rush-Hour Cookbook is no exception. Her recipes are tasty, easy to prepare and quick! I used this cookbook on a regular basis when I was working full-time and raising a young family. My kids loved Fraser's macaroni and cheese recipe and the Parmesan Rotini makes a tasty side dish. Of course we loved all the chicken breast recipes which included Chicken Saute with Mushrooms, Lemon Chicken or Chicken and Red Pepper Stir-Fry. There is even a recipe for Chicken Hash. An excellent cookbook, even if it was published in 1989, and it is still a keeper.The Canadian Living Rush Hour Cookbook Overview
