International Financial Statement Analysis (Wiley Desktop Editions) ReviewThis book covers all the topics a serious analyst can be interested into. The differences betwen USGAAP and IFRS are made crystal clear during the all book, chapter after chapter, page after page. This is by far the feature I enjoyed the most, and is by itself worth buying the book. The chapter on international standards convergence goes in the same direction, it is unique and of great value. I liked the many numerical examples that make the concepts easy to understand. This book is fairly easy to read except for the chapter on income taxes which I felt was not as clear as it should be.
